ISO 14129 面内せん断応力/せん断ひずみ応答
ISO 14129は、±45°引張試験法による繊維強化プラスチック複合材料の面内せん断応力/せん断ひずみ応答を決定する手順を規定しています。この方法は、単方向層および/または織物から作られた熱硬化性および熱可塑性マトリックス積層板に適しており、繊維が試験片軸に対して±45°に配向され、試験片の中面に対して対称かつバランスの取れた積層構造を持っています。通常、試験片にはひずみゲージを取り付けて平行および垂直方向のひずみを測定する必要があり、ひずみ調整と出力には拡張チャンネルモジュールを使用します。
ISO 14129は、試験片軸に対して±45°に繊維が配向された矩形断面のストリップからなる試験片を引張荷重にかける方法を説明しています。せん断弾性率を決定するために、試験片軸に平行および垂直なひずみを測定します。複合材料は航空宇宙、自動車、エネルギー用途でよく使用されるため、実際の条件下で材料の強度がどの程度影響を受けるかを理解することが重要です。例えば、Nadcapの要件を満たすために、実用的なソリューションを提供できます。

Expansion Channel Module
